The objective of our service is to ensure the collateralized commodity is physically available, of the desired quality and, in turn, significantly lowers risk levels associated to handling, storage and distribution. We help manage collateralized goods and commodities on behalf of financial institutions, traders, importers or farmers either in client’s premise and/or secured warehouses under our care.

When the financing party needs additional certainty regarding the financed goods, we act as the independent and trusted third party to provide the necessary comfort and service levels for commodity owners to pledge their goods to financiers and for financiers to maintain appropriate security and stock control. We determine financed goods status and quantity at the agreed time and location. This ensures that damages, loss and/or alienation of goods are identified as quickly as possible and remedial actions including insurance claims are taken promptly and sensibly reducing the financing party’s operation risks.

Whether in a client’s premise or third party premises such as independent, leased and/or terminal warehouses, we handle and manage a large array of pledged goods including but not limited to refined metals and concentrates, agricultural products, petroleum products among others.

To achieve physical control and prior to taking delivery of pledged goods, our inspectors carry out a detailed warehouse/storage facilities inspection for fit for purpose in accordance with International Warehousing standards coupled with internal warehousing standards. We offer additional services such as sampling, distribution, and insurance of stored goods upon request.
